Biking (summer/warmer days):

I enjoy biking along the Lake Ontario waterfront trail (http://waterfronttrail.org), the shady Don Valley trail, as well as many other trails in the Greater Toronto Area.

I have participated in the Ride for Heart for five consecutive years except 2017, and my 17-year-old daughter was with me the last four times (2014-2016 and 2018). We both did 50 KM in 2015, in a cold and rainy day on May 31, on the Toronto highways. That did not stop her from requesting me to register ourselves again for 50 KM in 2016. However we only did about 30 KM in 2016 largely because she had little sleep fundraising at her school event two nights before. We came back again in 2018 and only did 35 KM in fear of rain.

We were thinking about riding to New York City before she goes to university in 2019...just a thought and nothing planned yet (today's Dec 8, 2018 ;))...
