Highly recommended: Lost Connections, by Johann Hari. I am yet to read the entire book. However I always believe that one needs to be able to see one's own value, the value to others. Volunteering can be such a great way, btw.


I am now a firm believer that one or more of these activities will benefit mental health:

cycling (one of the best exercising options), speaking, writing, and volunteering.
